PP Specific Halogen-free Environmentally Friendly Flame Retardant
Product Information
FP-1900 Surface-modified P-N synergistic piperazine flame retardant, EU RoHS compliant. Extremelylow water absorption, excellent migration resistance, higher efficiency via condensed & gas phase action.For PP, PE, EVA (UL94 V-0) -provides higher gloss and good anti-yellowing during long-term injectionmolding. In unfilled PP, typically >23% addition achieves V-0 at 1.6 mm; in glass-filled PP, 23-25% achieves thesame rating. Note: carbon black, fillers, silicones may impair or destroy flame retardancy.
FP-1930 Bromine-P-N flame retardant, no low-cost fillers.
1. No need for antimony trioxide-lower cost than conventional bromine-antimony systems.
2. Non-exudation, low addition level (0.5-2%), compliant with RoHS, REACH, PAHS.
3. At <2% addition, bromine content <900 ppm - PP meets halogen-free requirements.
FP-1950 Novel bromine-P-Nflame retardant.
1. No need for antimony trioxide - lower cost than conventional bromine-antimony systems.
2. Non-exudation, lowaddition (1-5%),glow wire test passes 750°C(no ignition) and meets GWFI960°C.
3. RoHS, REACH, PAHS compliant. At <4% addition, Br <900 ppm - halogen-free.

retardancy efficiency and forms a dense char layer, achieving up to the 5VA level.

Storage
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid deposition of dust. Keep away from kindling and heat source. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation systems. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment which easy to produce sparks. Equip with emergency equipment for leakage in tool storage area.
