Flame Retardant FR-1500
FR-1500 is an organosilicon flame retardant,which can be used to replace the bromo-antimony flame retardant in the bromo-antimony system and improve the burning wire and electrical properties.Applied to halogen-free flame retardant V0 system to improve flame retardancy,reduce the addition of flame retardants and improve material properties.It has the advantages of excellent processing properties, excellent electrical properties and minimal influence on physical properties.

Application Performance
1. Used in nylon bromo-antimony flame retardant system, can significantly replace bromine and antimony, improve the mechanical properties of products, increase the burning wire
temperature, and improve electrical performance;
2. Applied to polyester materials, can reduce the addition of flame retardants, improve the
performance of burning wire, improve electrical performance;
3. This type of product has higher flame retardant effect,PC/ABSflame retardant system also has obvious effect.
Usage Method
The recommended dosage of bromo-antimony flame retardant system is about 5-6%, replacing bromo-3.5-4% bromo-based flame retardants and 1-2% antimony trioxide;
Other flame retardant systems and 850℃ high burning wire need to be adjusted according to the actual formula;Please refer to the attachment for more detailed usage scheme.
Package and Storage
25KG/ bag, lined with plastic bag.
It should be stored away from light, at low temperature, dry and sealed.
