Product Introduction
Flame Retardant
Product Information:
FP-1900 is a surface-modified, phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic, piperazine-based composite flame retardant. This product complies with EU RoHS, REACH, and PAHs directives. Unlike traditional APP-based intumescent flame retardant systems, it offers extremely low water absorption, excellent anti-migration properties, and superior flame-retardant efficiency. It also provides higher gloss and enhanced resistance to long-term injection-induced yellowing. FP-1900 is suitable for resins such as PP, PE, and EVA that require UL94 V0 flame retardancy.

Product Applications:
FP-1900 is suitable for resins such as PP, PE, and EVA that require UL94 V0 flame retardancy. It provides higher gloss and improved resistance to long-term injection-induced yellowing.
- In non-glass fiber PP, an addition of 19-20% achieves UL94 V0 at 1.6mm thickness.
- In glass fiber-reinforced PP, an addition of 22-23% achieves UL94 V0 at 1.6mm thickness.
Note: The presence of carbon black, fillers, and silicone may reduce or even eliminate the flame retardant effectiveness.
Storage:
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid deposition of dust. Keep away from kindling and heat source. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation systems. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment which easy to produce sparks. Equip with emergency equipment for leakage in tool storage area.
