Product Introduction
Halogen-Free Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant for Nylon
Product Information:
This series is specifically designed for nylon systems (PA6, PA66, high-temperaturenylon, etc., including glass fiber-reinforced grades), offering differentiated high-performance solutions to meet the stringent flame retardancy and long-term servicerequirements in the electronics, electrical, and automotive sectors. Typical applicationsinclude connectors, relays, motor insulation components, high-temperature resistant parts around automotive engines, and power supply housings.

Product Applications:
Fo-1914(Silicon- Based Anti-Migration Type) Utilizes advanced phosphinate-silicon anti-migration technology, providingexcellent compatibility with nylon matrices. It eliminates low-molecular-weight migration issues and effectively prevents screwcorrosion. With an initial decomposition temperature >350°C, it offers outstanding colorability and electrical insulation performance, making it ideal for components demanding high surface cleanliness. In a PA66/30% GF system, an addition level of 16-18% achievesUL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm; in high-temperature glass fiber reinforced nylon, 14% achieves V-0.
Fo-1924(Phosphorus-Nitrogen High CTI Type) A phosphorus-nitrogen-based halogen-free flame retardant containing no redphosphorus. At an addition level of 13-15% in 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon, it achieves UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm. It exhibits minimal migration and a CTI value of over 600v, meeting the requirements for high-safety applications, particularly those demanding superiorelectrical insulation.
Storage:
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid deposition of dust. Keep away from kindling and heat source. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation systems. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment which easy to produce sparks. Equip with emergency equipment for leakage in tool storage area.
