Product Applications:
FO-1914S(Phosphinate-Silicon Anti-Migration Type)Utilizes phosphinate-silicon anti-migration technology, eliminating low-molecular-weight migration issues while ensuring stableprocessing. Offers high cost-effectiveness. At an addition level of 14% in PBT/30% GF systems, itachieves UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm. Suitable for mass-production applications such as sockets, switches, battery module housings, and industrial electrical structural components.
FO-1924S(Phosphorus-Nitrogen High-Efficiency Type) A phosphorus-nitrogen-basedhalogen-free flame retardant containing no red phosphorus. At a minimum addition level of 12 phrin 30% glass fiber reinforced PBT, it achieves UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm. Compared to traditionalphosphorus-nitrogen systems, it delivers 15% higher flame retardancy efficiency and 70% less migration, with excellent appearance and color stability. Thanks to its low migration characteristics,it is well-suited for electronic and electrical applications demanding high surface cleanliness.
Storage:
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid deposition of dust. Keep away from kindling and heat source. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation systems. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment which easy to produce sparks. Equip with emergency equipment for leakage in tool storage area.
