Product Introduction
Phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant for Nylon/polyester system
Product Introduction
Phosphorus-nitrogen (P-N) based halogen-free flame retardants are primarily designed for high-end applications in nylon and polyester industries. These flame retardants exhibit exceptional flame retardant properties, excellent compatibility with polymers, and are completely free of red phosphorus.

Product Advantage
FO-1924: Compared to traditional phosphorus-nitrogen (P-N) flame retardants, this product offers the following advantages.
1. Excellent migration resistance
2. Eco-friendly, red phosphorus-free
3. Excellent appearance
4. Enhances safety performance with CTI ≥600V (or higher)
FO-1924S: Compared to traditional phosphorus-nitrogen (P-N) flame retardants, this product offers the following advantages.
1. Higher flame retardant efficiency (15% improvement)
2. 70% reduction in migration
3. Eco-friendly, red phosphorus-free
4. Excellent appearance with enhanced color stability
Application
FO-1924 phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant can achieve UL94 V-0 rating at 1.6mm thickness with only 15-16% addition in 30% glass-filled (30GF) PA6 and PA66 systems, while also providing a Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of 600V or higher.
FO-1924S phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant enables UL94 V-0 rating at 1.6mm thickness with an addition of 13.5 phr in PA66 systems (both glass-reinforced and unfilled grades). For glass-filled PA6, only 14 phr is required to achieve the same flame-retardant performance (1.6mm UL94 V-0).
Package
Packed in paper-plastic composite bags with inner polyethylene liners, 25 kg net per bag. The product must be stored sealed in a dry, dust-free, and cool place.
